Premium connectivity trial ending 15 days early

Hi! New Tesla model Y long range owner here. Picked up car on 10/16. Had one month premium connectivity trial - set to expire on 11/15. But the trial ended on 10:31. Anyone else have the same issue? It’s not about the 5 dollars of refund but generally the confusion over not having the free trial respected but Tesla. All emails from them said November 15th, so i was confused.

I got an email saying the trial period ended, but it is showing active in the car with the correct trial end date

Last time i factory reset my car, my trial restarted, maybe try that

Yeah contacted support. It seems like the premium connectivity is still there just the emails were in error.
