I purchased a Model 3 in March, just in time for the country to shut down. Nowhere to go. After 6 months, I still have under 2000 miles. My free 1000 miles of charging will expire at the end of October and it seems to be a waste no to use it. Here's my dilemma. I drive just a few miles a day and every couple of days I plug the car in at home to stay within the 80-90% charge range (I max out at 87%). The only way it ould be worth me driving to a Super Charger would be to let the battery get down to 40-50% over a week or so and then go charge up.
Is it worth doing this, or would that be too detrimental to battery life?
