Quick question about charging

I take delivery of my Tesla model S in two weeks time I'm super excited...

I understand that charging the battery to 100% and discharging to 0% can damage the battery and that you should only ever charge the battery to around 75% for everyday use.

I remember reading somewhere that the Tesla model S 60 actually has a 75 kWh battery and can be upgraded via software. If that is the case is it okay to charge my Tesla model S 60 to 100% ?? As it is actually a 75 kWh battery..

I believe there is already a thread that discussed this as an advantage to getting the 60 (where the car actually has a 75 kWh battery).

Yes, ok to charge a software-limited 60 to 100%, as that is only 80% of the actual 75 kWh battery capacity.
