Can all your battery's be recycled and what happens when it cost to much to do so going to find them in a river?

The 'Gigafactory' is being built for the specific purpose of repurposing and recycling 100% of the battery pack. Those are valuable materials that will never be discarded. Even after they only have <50% of their original capacity the batteries can still serve a useful purpose as stationary storage.

I want to swap an electric motor in my 6.6 duramax truck formerly diesel I want to help save the environment with it and save money by using electricity from my worksite to charge it any help ?

What is your budget?
What range are you looking to accomplish?
To move something like a big truck, the Model S drivetrain can easily do it. Make sure you source a late 2013+ non-P or any year P85 for the beefier halfshafts.
Your biggest challenge is going to be getting enough battery to give it a good range. I think there someone has a project going to make a universal Tesla Model S drivetrain controller, like kit cars and conversions such as this.
