Interested to paint my Tesla with Raptor U-Pol, is this possible? I’m particularly worried about the radars as I’ve heard that the painting had to be within very specific thickness. Any thoughts?

Raptor U-Pol and Line-X seem to be non-metallic, so you should be OK. You could test it by taping a test panel ahead of the radar location and driving around a bit. I doubt your ultrasonic sensors will still work with it on, so you should tape those off first. I was happy that mine still worked with a wrap over them, but a wrap is thinner than this stuff.
