Rear-ended @ 70+ mph in my Model S

Last night I was rear-ended by a HOV Lane Cheater. She hit me at over 70mph.

I was traveling at 58 mph, and then slowed to 43 before impact. As you can see in the video she came in HOT, and didn't even attempt to break, we estimated her speed to be in excess of 70mph. The only positive note to this is that I suffered minor injuries mostly minor whiplash and some arm muscle pains. Doctors say 2-4 days to get back to life in full.

Damages:
Frame Damage - Rear frame is coming out of the back bumper, she hit that and what caused her to cue-ball off me.
Quarter Panel has great big dent and creases.
Lift Gate is Bent
Rear Bumper is destroyed
Both Drivers side doors stick and creak now when opening and closing.
Diags report an air leak in the suspension and camera issues.
Door lines are no longer straight and even.
Lift Gate lines are no longer straight and even
The entire left side is pushed forward some causing the lines on body panels to be misaligned.
Has vibration and pulls to left while driving.

This does not include the damage that is hiding underneath. I have no idea what's there.

My general thoughts have me thinking it's totaled as repairs would be many months, and it would never be the same.

What did she say? Hopefully sorry and are you ok? I can see how the sign above your head and the sun contributed ... and also.... one more factor.... the tool bag that hit you.... my hope is Tesla gets the flashy strobe brake light thing going soon

She did say sorry and admitted that it was 100% her fault. Also knew full well what Tesla's cost to repair. Then she got on the phone to her husband and was trying to get more information from her and she shut down and said would no longer answer questions. I advised her insurance company of her unwillingness to cooperate with me.

Brutal hit, glad to hear you came away with minor injuries. On a lighter note, I’m kinda bummed she hit you just as an epic Tubes’s tune begins.

Person who hit me had a totally different story after talking to husband.

Write everything down. Go over it in your mind and get the details correct.

The dash cam will clearly help.

Offset crash like that is very hard on the frame.

I first asked her whos fault she thought it might be, waiting to reveal the dask cam. That is when she said it was hers, and I showed her the video for good measure. I also asked the officer for her statement and he advised me as well she said it was her fault. She was cited also..

I know straight on collisions of all them are preferred.

You can hear the suspension creak and groan now when going up and down. I put a piece of take and marker on fender to see how much air is being lost, I thought I could hear some hissing, but my ears may have been playing tricks on me. Took pic of where its at at the highest point.

Did you call the police? Shouldn't this lady be cited for reckless driving and causing an accident?

With the video, I think whether she cooperates is irrelevant. If the insurance company drags their heels with anything to make you whole, get a lawyer go after the driver who caused the accident.

Edit: Just posted and saw the OP's response.

Thanks. Yeah, I have the premium plan of Slacker Radio and what a difference it made over the Sound Quality of the basic that comes with the car. GroupOn had a deal for $11 for 6 months, I'm 46 and 80s is my music.
I did the same thing, I still stream Spotify from my phone though...

I am actually surprised at the visual lack of damage, I bet the frame is out of wack with the off set impact. She seemed a little out of it...

Yeah, First things I looked at was the gaps in body lines, and checked the doors for operation, and having done that I knew there was much more than what was meeting the eye.
