I just learned you can add the 1000 supercharging mile referral to your account AFTER you have your EDD since my service adviser just did this for me. Not sure if you can after a VIN has been assigned. SA also mentioned he had no information about the 2022 model or when that switch would be happening.

Tomorrow I enter the delivery window 9/8-9/28. Wondering if the date gets adjusted tomorrow.

By Friday I will have completed 3 of the estimated 5 weeks for delivery.

I did attend though a "Taking delivery learning session" at my local Tesla showroom in SoCal. And while I had already learned a bunch of the things they were teaching there, I did get a chance to learn a few new things:

• According to the Tesla employees at this session, all the people invited had no VIN yet, but should have a car built with 1-2 weeks from the session
• If you live within 20-30 miles from a dealer/showroom you are for sure getting "home delivery" of the car and Tesla is supposed to call you to arrange any special requirements during the delivery (mostly for people with no trade-ins or more complicated delivery

After the session I asked the SA to see if she could look into my order, said my car is scheduled to be built between Sep 10-15 (with my online EDD of Sep 9-29) so I guess it aligns with my EDD window

Anyone getting VIN's have trade-ins? Curious if having a trade-in gives you lower priority.

I placed my order on 8/27 red MYP and I have a scheduled delivery for Friday 9/10. I’ve had a trade in Prius on the order since i placed the order.

My EDD changed today too. From 9/7-9/24 to 9/10-9/24. I would assume the window getting short is good. But I haven’t seen anyone on this forum receiving a VIN in Arizona lately.

Well just because he said he would do it doesn’t mean he actually can, just that he thinks he can. Lack of consistency is frustrating either way

Nope, and my MYP just got pushed out to November. That is like MY LR wait time now...WTF!
