hello from China.
Ordered model X LR in January with the EDD in Q3 of 2020, after which it bumps to Q4.
Now my EDD shows Q1 of 2022. And guess what, new orders show the same delivery time for now.
So like Im gonna have to wait for one whole year to get my car while other guys get theirs withe me at the same time??? even I oredered 6 months ahead of them??

The estimate is just that an estimate. It was twice (2018 Model X, 2020 3 LR) 2-3 months off for and we live 15 miles from the factory.

Tesla generally targets quarter numbers, with shipments having to go the furthest built first and shipped. FWIW, my new Model X shows Jan 2022, and I assume this means either end of Q1 2022, or if it slips, end of Q2 2022.

got my mx order in before the 5k price bump. blk/blk 5 seats with standard 20" wheels (very happy they switch to black instead of the silver, saved me the trouble of getting them powder coated black) Feb is the estimated. oh and I got the car because of the yoke lol

Spotted an X mule in Vegas this morning at the SC. Apparently they are testing out the A/C. What better place to do it than Vegas right? Another 105 degree day today. Tried to get some good close up shots of the cars details and the new 22” Turbine wheels. You can get a sense of the black trim being more of a glossy black vs the satin black on the 3&Y. This car was white with the cream interior.

Hopefully this is a good sign that someday they may actually ship this thing. If you look closely at one of the interior shots from the passenger side, you can see a “Boring Company” bag on the floor.

This pre-production x looks fully finished out, hopefully this means that all the new parts for production are almost ready

In the past, the test vehicles have letter ‘T’ at the last of the license plate number someone mentioned that stands for ‘Test’ for test vehicles.

They’re considering making an electric 718. They haven’t made a decision one way or another as far as I know. I would love to have that car.
