Will tesla honor the pre-price increase reservations? I am in Canada and my Model X got pushed to August 2022, ordered in August 2021.

It would stay the same as long as you got order agreement.

They even sent out an e-mail saying they will honor the price we paid a deposit for.
So no worries.

This is actually $32,000 less (add savinings on FSD and taxes). I guess that's why they are not fullfilling my order that's the oldest one. What's the date of your order?

Uggh. if so I think its a bad move at least for the Y. They need to start lowering prices so non-EV owners have hope and feel there is somewhere to go to, affordability wise.

Yeah. Hate to say it but I’ve had to back down from recommending a tesla to friends. The SR model 3 was already nearing 50k, and I know most of my friends and family just can’t afford that. If it were still 37k I could probably get more people on board.

They'll deliver it to you begrudgingly, don't expect a smile or any pleasantries.

Yes, only FSD can be changed without Tesla first contacting you (which usually waives the upcharge).

I'm going to have a tow truck pick up my car on Monday... Then I am going to put it in shrink wrap and keep it stored in my garage... it is now an appreciating collectors item. Next year I'll sell it when the price is approaching $200k and there's still a one year lead time to get one.

My dad was a US Army vet but never joined USAA before his death. Which makes me ineligible.

I am eligible and they were higher than my current policy. My MXP is $950/year

Lots of talk here about the new headlights, but what about HW4 for those of us that still have quite a wait in front of us? I guess one positive side effect of waiting is getting more evolution...

HW4 made an official appearance in the production code with FSDBeta 10.11 While rumors were it would be very similar to hw3 just more/faster RAM, in fact the differences appear to more than that. Exact details remain somewhat nebulous, but official launch is likely pretty soon.
