It's the app or your account management on the website. Other than that you're probably not going to get any updated information. The SA's don't really know much..... Some people got lucky when corporate called them to upsell them to the 6 seater, they were able to probe those folks for a little more inside info..... But other than that you are relegated to whatever you see on the app, the website and just waiting.
Me too — now it says we’ll let you know when it’s time to complete your delivery tasks. No more Delivery date EDD at all or we’re building your car…. Does anyone have the latter any longer? Wondering is this good or just another Tesla cluster….

Mine changed to "schedule your delivery" and on the website it went back to TBD from January 
They're really taking their time and custom building all of our cars by hand.
Are they using kid's toy tools? Certainly seems to be the case with the pace they're keeping.

After more than a year, I own a 2022 MX!
The interns are messing with us again. While everyone was "January," I was"TBD." Then the app updated and everyone has, "We're building your car" and I had, "well notify you."Mine changed to "schedule your delivery" and on the website it went back to TBD from January
Now that I have finally been updated to be like the cool kids, all of the cool kids get updated to TBD and "Well notify you!" I am basically on the island of misfit toys

My Refresh Model X shows "Estimated Delivery: January". Located in upstate NY, 6 Seat, non-Plaid. But long time repeat customer which might help?
My verbiage has fluctuated from this and back to the other one so many times that my head is spinning. I don't really think it means anything until you see a VIN number.
Yeap, we all know that nothing except a VIN matters but we can't stop reading the tealeaves and speculating anytime we can just to pass the time.
Once we got the VIN and I hope all of us will get them soon, we will move to other real issues, like ordering mats, tinting, etc.

No change on my X order but my Y order went from March-April edd to December this year
