Returned M3 Refund issues in Europe... 82 days and counting...

Hi all,

I purchased a Model 3 in Denmark (paid cash) and returned within 5 days on July 4th, 2019.

It's been 82 days, and I have not received a refund. Worse, I've received no communication. When I call, the local sales guy says he's trying, but gives no indication of timing.

Any tips to accelerate this? Do I need to hire a lawyer?

The salespeople can’t help with this. Try to reach someone in corporate. Keep calling and being persistent.

Tesla has made it very difficult to get past their voice mail system. They don’t publish any internal phone numbers. If you have a twitter account try sending a tweet to Elon. He probably won’t respond but possibly his assistant will see it and do something.
