Hello everyone,
I also have the same issue with my car a salvage (Model Y, 2022), it has 12V Li-ion battery:

1- Replaced Pyro Fuse.
2- Replaced all deployed airbags.
3- Cleared crash memory from RCM.
4- Changed 12V Li-ion battery with new one from Tesla.
After clearing most alerts, the car still shows errors related to PCS,
I'm guessing that the VCFront eFuse is not willing to close for some reason and the circuit is kept open:

When I checked toolbox explaination of this alert:

I states that to clear the condition the VCFront should no longr detect low voltage power feed to the system.
Now when I tried to open VCFront, hoping I can investigate and maybe force eFuse to close, everything was glued together:

Service documentation is so poor and toolbox articles are even worse.
Odin returns messages and status codes that you can't find explaination for online.
add to that, I can't find any power supply that can feed the car 15V-16V with 30A in the market as this is not a common voltage, so I had to add together multiple power sources, including the old battery which I had to saw open in order to bypass the mosfets and recharge the cells:

Now I'm really struggling, my car won't accept to close eFuse to power up the PCS, and I don't know what to do with it.
