Saw a cool X90D with blue wheels in La Crosse today

Check out this X90D - blue wheels! I tried to take a closer look at these and saw a "22" somewhere on the markings - profile didn't seem that low though so I'm not sure.

Anyone know this car and what size tires they are?

I put a picture of my X next to it, on a 1800 mile road trip to Glacier National Park!
