I have an interesting issue. About a week ago I noticed a line on my back window that I thought was a scratch on the inside of the window. After inspecting by me and my detailer (who tried to buff it out), we concluded the scratch is between the panes of glass. The scratch is also growing which is odd and a few more scratches between the panes of glass are forming and now extends all the way down the rear glass. It turns out the scratch is between the panes of glass. See pictures for the vertical scratch.
Tesla is claiming I did not note this at delivery (about 1.5 months ago) which is true because it was not visible then. My claim is this seems like a defect to me and should be covered under warranty. They disagree. Any thoughts?
