Seating two children in rear with folded seat

Any suggestions for car/booster seats that would fit (2) in rear of Model S with small section of rear seat folded? I have 6 & 8 year old and sometimes we need to go on long trip and need to have small section of rear seat folded. I tried few booster seats but it was a very tight squeeze with seat belt latches very hard to access - even with latch extenders. I think I need to find booster seats that have very small footprint.

Any suggestions?
