There is a rotation in the market
The Magnificent 6 stalled yesterday while the not so Magnificent TSLA is picking up steam. Feels like they're orchestrating a shallow market correction by swapping leaders. This is just a pullback until it's not.
There's what looks like a wave 1 and 2. I'm observing to see if we'll have a wave 3,4 and 5. or just ABC.
Bought a few 0 DTE 200/202.5/205 butterfly calls on the dip to hedge against overzealous dip buying.
dealers prefer that it be 530 the next 3 weeks, if they canMarket is overblown on AI lately. All Elon have to do was mentioned AI 100x last earning and we would have Moon

Based on recent data last 2 out of 3 times we have a big green candles are followed by additional gain the next day.

closed sept -P185 (IV is rising fast on these, so not too much of a profit, just a bit more than $2.

Yeah looks like a parabolic GME-move, should have shorted these with som 0DTE putbuying, maybe I will do that for next week, or just a short gamble today.
BTW a am cautious because SPX 5000 held today up until now
EW alternate update: As long as TSLA remains below today's high ($203.17) looking for a slightly lower low to complete the corrective structure IV to V (~$170's). If TSLA gets back above today's high then something else is playing out and could target $208-$211 next instead.

Next week is the biggest ER of all - NVDA. This can set the tone for the whole market including SMCI. Let just say be aware of the Titanic iceberg....
The growth rate for NVDA was explosive but did went down last 2 QRT - 30% then 20% then......
TSLA we can play between the 206 and 185 range till it no longer valid.

So I sold 0.04 delta calls a couple of days back, 197.5, which is now ITM 
I could sell 2X 215CCs to pay to roll the -200s up to 205. All for next week.What would you do if you had -200CC for next Friday?
Possible downside, is that we hit 215 next week and now I had even more CCs in trouble....
