I think you have an easy case in small claims court. Sue for $2500 (about the cost of MCU2 with FM radio and taxes). Get MCU2 for free and then FSD the same day. Win/Win

I have MCU1 and FSD so I probably wouldn't win in small claims.

I was hoping it didn’t need to come to this, it’s not fair to everyone else Who upgraded early for no reason and subsidized Tesla’s mistakes by putting incompatible hardware in the car and lying that it was compatible all along.

Considering installing 2022.8.10.16. But probably still no FSD Beta on MCU1.
