Size of wheel spacers on staggered turbines?

another q on this topic... i have a staggered setup on my p85, with 265's on the back.

i am putting on 275's in the coming weeks..

would a 10mm spacer on the back make any difference in the look of the ride? Can i just put 10mm on the back and leave the front stock?

It all depends on what the specs of your wheels are. What size/width/offset?

As @FlatSix911 said, you’ll most likely be fine, but we need to know the specs, most notably the current offset. I run 20x10.5 +35mm with 275 rear tires. Almost flush as is.

So if going for the flush staggered look, which offset would be best of 21" wheel?

Front 21x9 et 25
Rear 21x10 et 25 or 21x10.5 et 25?

Looking at TSW Bathurst and those are size options. For rear tire cost purposes, want to stick to a 275/30/21 size so I can get Hankook Ventus V12.

I’d go with the 10.5” rear as it’ll give you more concavity vs the 10”. The Bathursts look similar to my Niche Misanos.

Caution on the front offset though. They’ll look fine, but you may not have enough exposed stud thread length to get the 7-10 full turns needed for the nuts since you’re pushing the wheel out basically an inch

What size are you Niche Misano's and what offset? I was wrong on my Bathurst as the 21x9 are ET 25 but the 21x10.5 are 35. Has anyone gone 21x10 front and 21x10.5 rear? I can get both in 35et

20x9 +35 and 20x10.5 +35
Major issues with 10” wide wheel up front. Might not even fit as you’re losing a lot of inner clearance so it might rub/hit the suspension arm.

Does anyone have experience and/or photos of staggered oem turbines with 10mm spacer on all four corners?
I have set coming tomorrow and would like a little better stance but not extreme. Will most likely be running 245 front on the 8.5 inch 40offset wheel and 275 rear on the 9 inch 40offset wheels.
Any thoughts are greatly appreciated. Btw....just joined but been lurking a while, have owned my 2013 MS for 2 years now.
Thanks.

I assumed that usa9910 has OEM staggered wheels with a 40mm offset ... perhaps he can confirm.

This is kind of on the same topic. Did you use wheel adaptors(spacers) when you had the BMW Style 249 wheels fitted a while ago. I’m looking to fit them on my Model S. I have hub centric adaptors. I want to know from your experience what I need for them to fit with little fuss as possible.

No wheel adapters are needed with the Forged BMW M6 wheels... they are a direct bolt on with the low offset... ET14

These are the ones I’m gonna pull the trigger on Is the car’s handling any different
Do you have same tyres all round or 275/40/r19 on the rear
Only other thing I would need is TPMS’s
Oh will the Tesla wheel nuts fit these rims some rims need conical or the other type.

I was hoping to get BMW style 132 from a BMW E53 X5. The rims are wider and the offset is front ET48 and rear ET45. They are heavier and would also need wheel adaptors

Rear fitment looks perfect.

I was also wanting to fit BMW X5 e53 Style132 alloywheels
Front 9x19 et48, Rears 10x19 et45.
What size spacers would I need

Try a test fit first... you may not need any spacers.
If you want match the OEM Tesla wheel offset you would order 8mm for the rear and 5mm spacers for the front.

My tire guy not impressed I had a quick test fit the rear are hitting inner wheel arch so spacers are needed maybe more than 5mm rear. The wheel scrub and feel and handling will be affected
Not too much I hope.
