Software update stuck at 5% in app, but in car shows up to date?

Anyone seen this before? In the car it shows 2020.20.7 and "up to date as of right now", but in the mobile app it says "Downloading 2020.24.6" at 5% for the last 2 days.

Tried rebooting the computer in the car but nothing changes in the car or in the app. Tried restarting the phone as well, same thing (on 2 different phones)

Does car says it's connected to WiFi?

If you call Tesla support, they will re-trigger the update upon rebuilding the car. Happened to me once before.

Others have reported similar issues with the app. If the car touchscreen shows the correct version, you’re good to go.
