Some getting EAP for free?

Perhaps this whole "free trial" thing is Tesla's way of cutting off all of the accidentally-activated EAP cars. It's easier to say, "Hey, the free trial ended" than it is to try to explain why EAP suddenly stops working when there was never supposed to be a free trial.

Something tells me the tesla hacker guys will eventually figure out how to override that and performance options and other stuff... I'd gave tesla some money for TACC al la carte but I dont want the whole suite for 6K now. I just don't drive in traffic a lot and backroads here aren't all that well marked.
