Only? That's like 30 seconds more than an instantaneous window.

I'd say 29 seconds. I gotta believe they have more than 500ms slop in an instantaneous launch. I mean they advertise it as happening at hour:minute:second but they don't specify tenths of a second or milliseconds (at least not publicly).

I do wonder what they consider the margin of error on "instantaneous" or if they even try to get it to sub second precision.

Yeah, seems like there would be 'some' adjustment they could make post launch, but that would require a dog leg maneuver which the SpaceX nav system might not do yet...
