As someone who's worried about the reduced acceleration... This makes me excited lolPicked up my 165xxx white on black 18” aero rwd… holy crap.. I was not prepared for how fast this thing accelerates.. especially when you are already in motion. For the basiest of base models, this thing is bloody amazing.
No build quality issues. Delivery was smooth.

I picked up 2 days ago and I was underwhelmed by the acceleration. It’s only good when you’re already going 50-60km/h.As someone who's worried about the reduced acceleration... This makes me excited lol
What vehicle are you coming from? Ie. What type of acceleration are you used too? CheersI picked up 2 days ago and I was underwhelmed by the acceleration. It’s only good when you’re already going 50-60km/h.
A Mazda 3 turbo but I think what spoiled it for me was that they made me test drive the model 3 performance and I never actually drove this car before buying itWhat vehicle are you coming from? Ie. What type of acceleration are you used too? Cheers
Can you see the strip that heats the wipers along the windshield? My VIN is 165 and I can’t update yet but when I compare with my other car, it looks like it didn’t come with the heated wipersThere is no way to fouce update ourselves. Try to park your tesla with Wifi connection, under setting software update choose "advanced". Tesla try not to update all the Tesla at once so they would push the update automatically. Once it's your turn to update, when you open your phone app, you will see the update button.
Ah that's a bummer, expectations were high after testing out the performance model. From looking at specs there's a pretty significant difference between the two. Performances 0-100km 3.3 sec and rwd 0-100km 6.1 sec. Even the Mazda 3 turbo seems to be a faster at 5.8 sec. I can understand 100% how that would feel underwhelming. Coming from a grand caravan and a pickup I'm sure it's going to feel pretty fast to me haha.A Mazda 3 turbo but I think what spoiled it for me was that they made me test drive the model 3 performance and I never actually drove this car before buying it
That’s correct. At the very end of the MVPA is instructions for yourself and any lending Institution to send the funds.Congrats!
Does DCU typically send a check to Fremont, not the place you pick up your new car?
We’re you worried about the reduced 5.3-5.8 they changed from when you ordered it? If so you can’t even tell that .5 seconds we’ve lost.As someone who's worried about the reduced acceleration... This makes me excited lol
Actually my Tesla SA told me the loan check need to be sent directly to Fremont and DCU happens to do this all the time if customer prefer this way.Congrats!

I bought the phantom floor mats from Costco.caSo what all accessories do I really need to order for Tesla model3? Floor mats is a must. What else?
Also 3D Maxpider on Amazon shows suitable only till 2021 model. I think it should work for 2022 as well?
