This lines up with other Black RWD's on East Coast getting late July two week windows... Should take a bit for those cars to be shipped across country.

We’ll this should be interesting. OD: 8/16/21. I changed to LR on 7/2 because I crunched some numbers and thought I could pull off the budget. After looking back I don’t know if I’m comfortable with an 84 month payment that steep.. so I switched BACK to RWD.

Genuinely curious, those of you who are financing the car — how many months are you guys going with? I’m leaning towards 84 but idk how I feel about it. It being a super reliable car long term is the only reason I’d consider 84.

I’m convinced they don’t actually have any cars there. It blows my mind the NY area isn’t pumping out Tesla’s at record pace.

My most recent EDD with my RWD order was July 23 - August 20th. I switched Friday night to LR and my EDD hasn’t moved at all yet. I’m sure the system will update soon with a new EDD to reflect the upgrade, I just hope it’s close.

So I’m new to the LR waiting room, I’ve been a RWD (SR+) order for a while. In fact, I ordered August 16th 2021 which means I’m well over the 300+ waiting mark. I recently upgraded to the LR in hopes of grabbing the car sooner. We shall see.

Welp I caved. Upgraded to LR as CT increased their rebate incentive to include LR models. AWD means a lot to me as well living in the Northeast.

What impact do you think this has on outstanding deliveries? Will it have different impacts on: -long term outstanding deliveries (2021 orders) -more recent orders (2022) -future orders And what does this mean? Clearly it shows a lack of M3 SR registration because Tesla simply isn’t building...

You’ll soon realize that Tesla simply does not produce RWD M3’s. I will be a year in August and if I were you I would think Spring 2023 is most likely when you’ll see legitimate timeframes.

Monthly income after taxes is $3,000. After bills I’d be left with $615 with an LR model once student loans come back in September. If they don’t come back, I’ looking at $1,000 in extra spending, but I can’t rely on that long term.

I am so close to switching. After all bills I’d be around $600 in spending money a month. I’m so conflicted. Is that enough? With the RWD It’s $750 in spending. Decisions! I’m literally SO close to switching. Is $600 doable?

It's very obvious that Telsa prioritizes geographic location when it comes to RWD/standard builds. Brutal to watch people in Cali get their cars when they ordered three months or more after I did.

I made your mistake too. Ordered online by myself, was TOLD I didn’t have to fill out next steps. I ordered in august and didn’t complete profile until November. I think I caught it fast enough
