Summons into Garage Frustrations...

i have a two car width driveway and one car garage...but the driveway is tight...the junction between the garage and driveway has a small bump there. i backed car to right in front of the garage, got out and tried to summons car to back up into the garage spot. there were no obstructions. the car backed up about three feet, back tired went over the bump into the garage, and then stopped. i tried to reactivate summons with no luck. what causes stuff like this? the intial summons was done on the car screen when i got out of the car, the second one was done on the key fob.
