Is the meter likely inside this gray cabinet? Nothing visible otherwise... Guessing Telsa is focused more these days on cutting car prices than finishing/turning on this charging location

I meant to post this on Thursday (3/14) but I forgot to. That structure appears to be mostly aesthetic, but at least it means they are still working on the SC.
What is taking so long? I work in Arlington and travel all the way to Springfield just to supercharge. I have been waiting on this supercharger for God knows how long.

There are often lots of loose ends to wrap up when completing these Supercharger installations. Sometimes they can sit nearly-completed for weeks or even months. Look at Annapolis, MD for a pretty extreme example of endless delays. Sometimes the delays are a result of things outside of Tesla's control, like inspections or utility work.
The same user posted “charge success” on March 21 11:06 PM and then posted “Is this ready yet?” At 11:07 PM under comments. I’m not sure that’s conclusive. I walked by a couple of days ago and all the cabinets were very quiet. Will try to swing by again
