They are working on it today. They told me they would be shutting off power tomorrow night at midnight to do the connection. Then it has to be inspected etc. He thought it would be going on Monday.

Sounds like there might be enough interest for the Chico SuC to warrant a little get together for the opening? If so maybe we can do a lunch trip to Childs Meadows and back or something. Now with this Supercharger it starts opening up plumas and Lassen Co. for day trips.
PM me and if there is interest I'll start a thread in the Northern Ca Club.
Looks like the main power has been hooked up and the Tesla guy was adding finishing touches today when I went by such as stall markings (he also cut the not in service tape). He wouldn't really talk to me but I'm hoping it will open tomorrow.

Charging here all by my lonesome. A real contrast from Corning, which was full when I left there 45 minutes ago.
Interesting things: 6A/6B are still taped off. If for some reason the 4s through 7s were ever ICEd one could probably back into the angled spots behind the pedestals and get to them that way.
Yeah I’m collecting Supercharger visits today, why do you ask?
