Chicoutimi supercharger has been down for a bit.

Thanks for the report. I've seen it on local facebook groups but didn't think of posting it here. There have been a few superchargers in the province that have failed recently. We're already struggling with not enough superchargers and the critical ones, for example this one at the periphery of service, are starting to fail. It's not dependable anymore, this forces people to rely on CHAdeMO. I sincerely hope Tesla will invest here, as their planned locations map shows. It's time.
