Those look like EVgo chargers. They have that style of stubby dispenser around at other locations and that is their blue color scheme.

They're really nice chargers if you have the CCS adapter and sometimes they'll put Tesla plugs on them. The Redmond town center EVgo has a 50kw tesla plug.
If you set up their app they can also do plug and charge with Teslas!
