Well that looks like the partial pedestals that were originally installed (see somewhere around post #30), but were removed a few years ago. I drove past on Kato Road a few days back and didn't notice anything like this (didn't really look for them though). Are you sure this is a current photo?

Interesting, they had removed everything a while back. Will check it out this week-end.

V4 ??

That was the old style pedestals (V1 or early V2) which came in parts and were assembled on site. Tesla very wisely switched to a better, pre-assembled model that are much less work to install.
