Supercharger Front End Infrastructure

What is the thing on the top of the Supercharger infrastructure in this pic with the massive conduit that runs up to it. Just curious. Took this pic while charging today and was checking out the high voltage equipment.

Those are standard COTS NEMA 4X outdoor rated stepdown transformers. Note the lifting lugs so a crane can be used to install those HEAVY transformers. These superchargers are presumably fed from a higher voltage line from the utility, something like a 12KV circuit, then the transformers are used to convert to the 480V AC 250A needed by each 120KW capable supercharger. The high voltage 12KV input allows the utility to use much smaller awg wires over long distances (each supercharger only needs 10A at 12 KV vs. the 250A at 480V after stepdown).
