Can someone confirm the number stalls is indeed 16?

These certainly look like V3, as the cables are thin.

That's why I asked abt the opening date here as I was hoping some people might know or have better/reliable source.

Yep, the car shows them both as 250 kW max locations. If you look closely at the Superchargers in my above photo you can just make out that the stall being used by the white 3 is labelled 3D which denotes it as the 4th stall on the 3rd AC-DC converter stack. The older superchargers are just 2 stalls per AC-DC converter stack.

Ok. I'm not going to lie, these are very hard to locate. It's difficult to locate the level 2 in the garage. Once you get there, chargers are easy to find.
Beautiful work on the conduit.
