I wonder who populates that information. That seems like a very odd "source" for when a Tesla SC will go online unless we know who entered that information in there. I'd be all in favor of that being true...but I'm a bit skeptical. Especially since in the last picture the meter was still missing. But I'm willing to be surprised.
And with those being angled parking against the flow of traffic, there should be little risk of getting ICEd, even though they (at least two from the last set of photos) are marked as 30 minutes general parking.
The link to Google maps shows 2 Tesla Superchargers in Olathe, one on 119th at Hy-Vee, the other by the Johnson county courthouse off Sante Fe. I haven't been by either location, but assume the pictures were taken at the Hy_vee. I kinda doubt there will be another SC off Sante Fe by the courthouse since it's so close to 119th.
Thanks for the update. Hopefully they will turn this "On" soon. I would like to try the SC with the "battery preheat" option to see what kind of charging rate I get in my AP1 Model S.
Can confirm. This is not listed as "active" in the utility system yet. Wondering if there was some delay because the service looks like it was requested to start on May 3.
Looking is ok, it's pestering the workers that's a no-no. Every time someone asks one of the construction guys when it will be operational, Tesla delays the opening by 2 weeks. /s
