Could it be the existing parking structure or the corner of Indian Canyon and Barristo? I looked the address up on Apple Maps and it looks close. The address shown on Supercharge.info (235 S Indian Canyon Dr.) is different than what others are reporting here. I spend half the year in Palm Springs and see no evidence of any activity anywhere. I must say the reported address on Supercharge.info does not make sense since that is property that is currently occupied.
Mociaf9 posted the City Council meeting construction documents. It's the Garage by the Museum. Not the Indian Canyon Location.

Well, this is really bizarre!
We stayed in the hotel just opposite the supposed garage - see the brown-roofed structure with the pink umbrellas in, e.g., post #25 - over Thanksgiving, and specifically were told that there were free chargers on the second floor of that garage, already installed. As we'd topped off at Indio, we didn't need to make use of them. So I never went over to investigate whose chargers they were, but I thought I'd contribute this post just to stir the pot a bit....
Would greatly appreciate at least one picture!Drove through today. Construction crew onsite most of the conduit is hung and Spc cabinets Contractor says early mid may completion
But isn’t it supposed to be numbered at 24 stalls for this location?Have updated to construction, and also moved the marker slightly based on this page of posts - let me know if it doesn't look right:
