Based on user reports from other locations, the ones on that mobile trailer can charge up to 150 kW. They aren't normal urban superchargers even though they use the same charging post design. Not sure why city chargers. Maybe these are paid by the casino, hoping slower charge = longer stay?
There's a HUGE expansion coming to Primmwait why is there a construction cone on supercharge.info?
I bet you a 6pk these are for the upcoming holiday trailer (Memorial weekend)Not sure why city chargers. Maybe these are paid by the casino, hoping slower charge = longer stay?
yeah but where is the construction? There's a HUGE expansion coming to Primm
yeah but where is the construction?
Well it is Tesla so timelines have a lot of -ish connected to themyeah but where is the construction?
supercharge.info status is based on actual construction, not Tesla predictions.Well it is Tesla so timelines have a lot of -ish connected to them
I think they’re adding 40 stalls so whatever the math is on thatSorely needed! That’s quite a few cabinets. How many do you count?
32 stallsI think they’re adding 40 stalls so whatever the math is on that
instead of urban they should've added v3's on this site tooUpdate
The trailer with the Urban chargers is most likely temporary solution for the holiday weekend, Tesla does this on the regular for highly use areas/routes. I don't think they'll stick around too long as the cabinets for the expansion of 32 chargers as you mentioned are already on site so the construction is imminent.instead of urban they should've added v3's on this site too
Leaving Vegas you can most definitely skip Primm but it might behoove you to get a quick charge here if you're headed to LA because you can then skip over Baker or Yermo (getting busier and busier!). Hitting Primm if you'd like will soon get you all the way to Barstow (huge expansion almost complete there btw) which has an outlet mall that's not dead. While always good to have more stalls, this location is currently not desirable. The outlet is all but dead. The casino reek of cigarette smell; my wife took two steps in and that was it for her. Starbucks is across the street and very expensive; about the same as locations within Vegas casinos.
Whether going to or leaving Vegas, skip this location if you can.
