Today:

Spoke with one of the crew who says they are doing wiring now, site should be completed next week by Wednesday. At that point he noted when utility and Musk says ok, he can "flip the switch".

These look like they’re ready to go. They aren’t pinned on Tesla’s supercharger map even as a coming soon site, let alone up and running. 38.7681985, -121.2636854

I pass by this every couple days, and they appear to be working on it every time. I noticed a couple utility trucks yesterday working on it.
Since these 20 will be V2 superchargers, hopefully they will upgrade the 9 stalls across the street to V3 superchargers.

Didn't Tesla say they aren't planning on upgrading any existing chargers to V3?

That’s the opposite of what they said, in fact they’ve already upgraded part of a current v2 location (Kettleman)

Permit # for this is BD2018-6405. "Final Electrical" inspection is currently scheduled for 1/27

As of this morning, not powered up yet.

There are inspections scheduled for tomorrow and the "building final" for Thursday. If they pass those, should be ready to flip the switch.

I stopped at Kettleman once. They have 16 V3 superchargers, and it was an awesome experience! The Tesla Lounge was nice too.

I was there at 8 a.m. and it wasn't showing up in the car. I thought about stopping to check if operational but I was really craving Pushkin's. ;-)

Based on multiple posts here I've changed the title to reflect this site as open as of Saturday. (Normally we'd like to see a first-hand report with a photo showing the poster's car charging...this is probably close enough though.)

Going to leave the name of the site as-is until it shows up on the Tesla map and we see what the official name is.
