What evidence is there of expansion? Looking at the pictures it doesn't seem obvious to me.

The USA markings (electrical) emanating from existing underground cables, that’s my guess.

The marking that I took this afternoon look new so maybe a possible future expansion , because lately the Salinas SC gets full . So a posible expansion makes sense . Plus Q4 2021 there was a coming soon marking on the tesla page .

That's my "home" charging station, and I've never seen all of the stalls occupied, ever. Try going later in the evening.
