In the second picture? That's actually the switchgear being worked on, not the transformer.Also the green cabinet for the transformer was being worked on.
Agree with those who think this is going to be a nightmare. Wait and see, but I don't hold out much hope.

Now that is interesting - from your photos we can see that the signage was removed. I wonder if the new text that was there (seen in the photos and my post from above) was not approved by the city or something? Because the red Tesla charging signs were all in place before.
I spoke with one of the construction people today and they claim this location will be live in 10 days. The other San Ramon supercharger is actually at Target not City Center.
