Looks like a new TDLR project was filed for this Supercharger. Adding more stalls?

Dang - I'm three weeks late. I came here to say the
same thing.
Comparing the first and second projects:
The
length of both projects is a year.
The
address is different (original address is Crossroads Parkway where the current Superchargers are - the new address is of the Buc-ee's store itself, which may or may not be significant).
The original project cost was $250,000 for 1,200 sq. ft.
The new project cost is $182,000 for 1,800 sq. ft.
Those dollar amounts must be for construction costs and do not include the cost of the equipment (chargers/cabinets, stalls, transformer, etc.).
I'd also guess this is to add more chargers and stalls.
I also noticed that dozens of new non-Tesla fast chargers across the state started showing up as "coming soon" on PlugShare recently - many of which are along I-20 and are owned Francis Energy.
