System Not Producing, Anything I Can Do?

I didn't know that it was possible as the system owner to contact Solaredge to try and get support before I saw the bump on this thread. I've gone ahead and logged a support case for my 18xB7 failure to try and speed things along before Tesla gets around to coming out on 10/3 to see the failure for themselves. Having all of this sun right now with very clean panels after the recent rains is so frustrating.
Always contact SE before Tesla, you can get the inverter shipped to your address then schedule Tesla to come do the swap.

My original SE inverter failure experience here:

Live and learn. At least I have a case started with SE. When I first contacted Tesla support I wasn't get any error message nor a red led, just zero production. Playing around with SetApp later in the day I got a couple of brief 18xB7 error banners, but if I booked l blinked they disappeared. I now have dashboard access in mySolarEdge and the 18xB7 shows in the error log.

Wow, these SE inverters are failing pretty often and quickly after failing and being replaced.
I’ve had 3 SE inverter failures in 4 years. It does my heart no good to see this is all too common for others too. I live on the edge waiting for when will my next failure occur?

In 2021 I had an inverter fail on May 25. Lost all of June, July, and it was finally fixed on Aug 5. Only positive part was that I still had one inverter. So sad to see all those beautiful sun rays hitting the panels connected to the failed inverter.

I feel your pain.

Oh Man, that really sucks and doesn't make my day looking thinking about what's to come for me.

I tried again today to use the MySolarEdge App to connect to the inverter but that failed even though I'm using the latest Android version of the app.

On a whim I decided to still connect to the Inverter's AP and then go to the AP's IP address. Low and behold you can access everything through the web. I took some screenshots in case anyone was curious.

More of those wonderful Vcap Surge failures:

1)Error 18xB7: Vcap21 Surge
Reported on Sep-24-2022, 17:31:46
2)Error 18xB5: Vcap11 Surge
Reported on Sep-15-2022, 21:16:08

I'm not sure if these errors were foreshadows of bad things to come but the system did apparently run fine after them.

3)Error 18x1C: V-L1 Min1
Reported on Aug-11-2022, 20:38:04
4)Error 18xA5: Tz Over current 3
Reported on Jun-19-2022, 20:46:27
