Taillight Condensation within spec?

Hi team
Friend of mine picked up his refreshed Model X LR recently within the last month. One rear taillight at pickup had condensation in it. He was told this is ‘within spec’ and Tesla will not be addressing it - at all. He was asked to check out the other new cars ready for delivery to confirm this as ‘within spec’ and 3 others had the same issue.
Does this sound right or is the SC not operating to correct procedures? Thanks

it should go away after couple of weeks, my 2018 X have same issue, they never replace it, but it went away and never have issue again. maybe try different SC if you have another one close by.

@Electric.Rider, my 2017 model X gets intermittent condensation in the rear tail lights, particularly the driver’s side. It always goes away within a few hours, a day at the most. This has happened for 6 years. It truly is not a problem. It has not caused any damage.
