Before Tesla I'd buy a car, drive it into the ground over 7-10 years then buy another.

Anyhow, bought my first Tesla in 2016 and now just ordered my third Tesla...and as soon they come out with something else new and amazing I'll probably end up buying that. Three Teslas within 2 years:eek:! If I keep this up I'll run out of room in my signature.

Does anyone else have this addiction and is there any cure?

Me? Addition to Tesla? No that is crazy. I mean, is it really an addition if I am thinking of buying one of those Tesla big rigs and outfitting it into a luxury travel bus and having it haul another model X behind it? :D Oh that reminds me...... Gee, it is already 9:00 am and I haven't removed the dust from the car with a microfiber towel, and I haven't gently caressed my car key today. Ok, maybe it is addiction denial.

SURE there is a cure. I just started a Tesla addiction withdrawal program. You pay me $1,000 a week for 6 weeks and I lock you inside of a remote compound far from civilization and have you drive an old 1940s Ford pickup truck around a farm for 3 hours every day. And I can break that nasty electric charging habit by having you siphon gas from a tractor with your mouth and a garden hose (just like you did long ago when you were stealing gas as a teenager). Sign up this week and you get a free extra week rubbing down an old dodge and rebuilding the carburetor.

Upon graduation, we give you a free bicycle so you can remain green and oil free.

It is a program proven to work. I'm not just the owner. I was my own first client !!!! For details, go to JimJonesDecendant.com as inquire about the Tesla Kool-aid special.

Some say there is...Not being able to move the rear camera view to the top of the screen in V9. :D

I'm not sure we have the funds for more of 'em, but if we did, I'd probably collect all 3. That being said, there's something very addictive about driving the 3. The pleasant whine of the electric motor, the wicked quick acceleration, the visually peaceful interior...

My family says I’m a Teslaholic. Since I bought my Model X in June 2017 and then bought my wife a Model 3 in June 2018, I literally live on TMC and every other sentence out of my mouth is about Tesla. My friends and colleagues are sick of listening to me talk about my Tesla and what great cars they are. But now and then I give one of them a test drive and THEN, they get it!

Yes, I'm an electric addict, when I go on travel, I check on my car daily, and then forget to call the wife :(

I confess to the following, I surf Tesla porn nightly, then I had three relationships while still married. First was a 2013 P85, then added a 2014 P85+ then added a 2016.5 90D to replace the 2013. Been cyber stalking P100D's for over a year now waiting for a deal, so I can replace the P85+.

Then bought a "Tesla" motorcycle (Zero FX), then priced out a Zero Turn lawnmower (Mean Green). I am afraid my son is following my bad habits. He wants me to dump the 2014 Miata for a Model 3....told him no, the Miata is paid for... then he whines about the $40 dollars of super unleaded he dumps in it every week. Told him to lay off the tachometer peg outs, and it would get better mileage....... more whining, ".... but dad, I love the sound of the supercharger whine..." Then he starts in with how slow it is compared to the Tesla, then says he needs a 3, so he can save money... told him its $800 per month verses $200 per month in gas....the look on his face was priceless.... 16 year old who just got his first job... suddenly realizing its cheaper to keep her.

I had an experience today really increased my appreciation for me M3: I drove my wife's Audi Q5.

The buttons everywhere, the lack of a central console, no regen braking, no backup camera!

I got into the car, flicked the right steering wheel lever up to go into reverse, and the windshield wiper engaged! :/

@Hotlobstah... totally... totally... first one for me... then another one for me... then one for the parents... then one for the wife... My middle child is already agitating for a CPO base M3 2-3 years from now.... looks like my youngest kid is going to wind up learning how to drive on a Model 3, as we've run out of ICE vehicles and have no plans to restock.

I can't imagine what I would do with it but I'm not entirely sure I'm going to be able to resist acquiring a Semi! And my kid's college fund would look like a much better investment packaged in the form of a Roadster 2.0 reservation...

Hi EvoForce.

You guys are persistent... Good luck there, I have a Model 3 so don't know what it's like. You could get another camera and screen, then you'd have a workstation practically ;)

Not judging, just sayin'
I'm not one of those saying that the car is not worth having without it on the upper screen but there are a couple of TMC members that are saying that in another thread. But I do like it on top! o_O
