I took delivery of my MYLR on May 26, and attempted to use a CCS adapter I had ordered off of Amazon at a nearby fast charger but it did not work. I continually received an error from my Tesla app stating that it could not connect to the charger. I tried multiple chargers, and confirmed in the Tesla settings that my car is in fact CCS enabled. Thinking that I had likely received a defective adapter I sent it back and ordered Tesla's CCS1 adapter, but I continued to receive the same error.
I opened a service ticket on my Tesla app describing the problem and received the response in the image below.
