Mel Herbert is going to go wavy line crazy next week on his show. I'm still seeing wacky line shuffling in the first 2 miles of 8.1.

I am certain if you just took delivery, your cameras need a significant amount of calibration (even beyond those that have been driving on 8.0 for a while).

Not necessarily. I took delivery of X100D yesterday and autosteer became available after next 12 miles of driving

Frist impressions: Interstate driving w/Autopilot is working quite well. Changing lanes works. Love it! Cue Sammy Hagar.

When on established in town driving corridors, w/ clear lane markings, wavy lines are less of an issue.
Wait to hear from others before taking my prior comments about wavy lines as fact. My odo is > 500 miles.

Mine didn't need calibration at all. Drove to the highway in less than a mile away, and I immediately able to use Auto-Steer at over 70 mph.

Line is still dancing like before but the driving is very smooth.

Last update had that speed up at curve issue, and it seems to be fixed as well.

Looks like my update was push to my car before 4-5am last night. Even I rebooted my console 3-4 times during the day today, I only got the update notice on the screen of my car at 6pm.

I think I missed your "point" and dont think anyone would call 14 miles "significant amount of calibration" by any means.
