Tesla handyman (installation of mud flaps, etc.) in DC area or Richmond/Virginia Beach

Anyone have any recs for reasonably priced hourly handyman type that can install 3rd party accessories? I am regularly between DC and Virginia Beach so ideally someone in VB/Norfolk but DC also works or even Richmond. I tried Task Rabbit but mixed results.

The mud flaps are incredibly easy to install. You don't need anyone to do this.
