the screenshot of the display in the link from Teslarati appears from its layout to be from a Model 3.
The map shows a location in Scotland, UK.

To my knowledge Tesla have never brought a model 3 to the UK yet, so it seems a little odd to show this image unless
[speculation] maybe there is something subtle to understand or a hidden message

I think the main reason the Model 3 is parked in Scotland is because that's where Andrew Goodlad, the author of an interactive Model 3 dashboard mockup, is from. If you click around you can get it up to 135 mph which is pretty alarming when you realise the tyre pressure warning light is still illuminated!
