Tesla Model 3 Price Increase?

Hi,

I'm wondering whether I'm losing my marbles or whether there has been a price increase recently.

I paid for a Black Model 3 in February 2020 for a total cost of £40,490.00 which included the £3500 grant. Pricing up the same car on the Tesla website today, it's coming up at £41,490. I know the grant reduced by £500 but where is the other £500 - was there a price increase?

Between Feb and now I think there's only been a £1k price decrease on LR (separate from the grant changes).

But they made all sorts of presentational changes on the price on the website - e.g. adding/removing the destination and documentation fee etc. Suggest you follow the process through to the end and expand the details to see the true final price.

Durzel is right that pearl white is the only free option but that's been the case longer than just Feb 20.

I've attached my screenshot of my invoice: £40,490 which included the £1000 black option as well as the price on the Tesla website £41,490 with the same black. Maybe I got lucky???

Ah, perhaps you're right then re £500 increase. Wouldn't be surprised if that happened when they updated for the grant change. There was all sorts of messing with the prices at that point!
