Tesla Roadside Assistance Policy - Comparable to USAA's?

I bought a new Model 3 last July, and I believe it comes w/roadside assistance for 4 years or 50K miles, whichever comes first. Link to Tesla Policy.

Is Tesla's road assistance benefit comparable to what's generally provided by auto insurance policies (in particular, USAA in my case)? I thought maybe I can just drop roadside assistance benefit from my auto policy and lower the premium a little, if this coverage is redundant. Thanks!

Tesla does not cover towing for collisions so that costs extra each time.

Flat tires
Disabled car due to warranty, not collisions
Dead 12V battery

However, they don't cover for not planning on the range and the car runs out of range (depleted main battery) that needs to be towed to a charger.

You should also check your credit cards- a number of the better/premium cards offer free roadside assistance similar to basic AAA or what some insurance companies charge for.

Thanks! I have Citi Prestige, which seems to have good roadside assistance benefit on paper, but then I’ve read multiple stories of people having an awful experience when trying to use the benefit.
