Well, well. A rookie NFL player has been bribed by Lordstown Motors to endorse its electric pickup truck that is not yet being produced.

Tesla does not advertise or pay for endorsements, but smiles at anyone who is so impressed after driving their cars that they will freely offer praise.

Well... AAPL stock is down 3%... can't really say that the investor response to the event was positive haha.

On that note, AAPL is dropping after their event and TSLA is rising. Someone mentioned that relative TSLA weakness recently in an extremely positive macro environment could be due to people buying into AAPL prior to their environment. It sure is starting to seem like that was an accurate depiction of what was/is happening.

Federal civil law prevents discovery without filing a lawsuit. Federal securities law prevents filing a lawsuit without evidence. So, no.

AGAIN: Tesla did the ONLY thing that is possible. They spanked the counterfeiters and took their ill gotten gains. Only Tesla has the sovereign right to issue new TSLA shares. By creating the stock dividend, Tesla was able to smoke out the MMs+Hedgies that were creating counterfeit shares while hiding behind the secrecy offered by their positions of priviledge in the Market.

That's all the justice you will ever get on Wall St, and better than a fine since the proceeds go to funding Tesla's mission, not to those co-conspirators at the SEC. I believe I said this on Aug 13.

Do you need a link? I've been fairly consistant if you read my comments.

I do read your comments, and I agree with you.
Its a shame this goes on (secretly)

As TSLA approached $444.00, a very large sell order was put in at $444 (20,000 plus shares) and then pulled (twice now). Traders trying to maximize profits do not put in this kind of order. This happened after TSLA was pushed below $444 a few minutes ago.

I know this post will fly by, but seeing this big run up in TSLA, if you have a lot of shares sitting in a regular or retirement trading account, there are some good bonuses for transferring shares to a new brokerage.

I just did this three times moving shares around from my main retirement account...

As someone who works in this field of 3D Art in videogames......this is incredibly unnecessary. Also, since they're using a generic engine/rendering system that is built for a variety of games, the engine has a lot of overhead when it comes to minimum system requirements/specs

to be fair, $TSLA is up about 700% since the Semi reveal. The fact that it takes so long for the world to accept and understand the impact of the things Tesla is doing, well, that's just more opportunity and more benefit for any investor who isn't dependent on short-term swings.

Environment In Focus For Lithium Companies After Musk Comments -- Market Talk

3:35 pm ET October 13, 2020 (Dow Jones) Print

15:35 ET - As lithium producers gear up to release 3Q results, executives likely will be keeping in mind something Tesla CEO Elon Musk said last month at the electric-vehicle manufacturer's battery event. "It is important to say like, okay, what is the smartest way to take the ore and extract the lithium and do so in an environmentally friendly way," Musk said. In other words, the green bonafides of the lithium supply chain is more than ever in the spotlight. Last week, SQM issued a sustainability plan that laid out commitments to reduce water usage in all of its operations, cut carbon emissions and lower the amount of brine it extracts from a desert region in Chile to produce lithium.
