If they put in text message handling like they claim is coming, I might weep with delight.
Right, there might be "a tilt in my kilt" as well!
You can install our site as a web app on your iOS device by utilizing the Add to Home Screen feature in Safari. Please see this thread for more details on this.
Note: This feature may not be available in some browsers.

One day Tesla will be as big or at least close to big boysUnfortunately, Tesla's software update servers apparently don't have the capacity of, say, Microsloth, Apple, or Google; their roll outs happen much more slowly.
I imagine users w/ SR vehicles could tether their car to their phone to still listen to spotify? At least then you can use the car's interface/voice commands to control it instead of opening spotify on your phone and playing it to the car with bluetooth.
Could work for playing netflix and such too, though it'll use your phone's data plan so be wary of that if you're on a limited one.
I'm curious how the Spotify feature will work for SR+ owners "...while parked and connected to WiFi..." doesn't seem super convenient. Stoked for the features to be added at all but hopefully it'll be somewhat useable haha.
…I do feel like the sudden social media blitz and blog post and such might have perhaps… jumped the gun?
ya think?

Karaoke
Our new “Car-aoke” feature lets you sing your heart out with friends on a road trip – or by yourself. Caraoke comes with a massive library of music and song lyrics, with support for multiple languages.
Sing on your road trip? I hope they mean during Supercharging stops and such. Looking at the karaoke lyrics on the screen while driving is not a good idea!
That would be fine. The EAP video I was shown on this showed the car only giving the words on the screen while in Park, but continuing with the music in Drive until switched to something else.
I seem to remember a song about that: Waking Up Is Hard To Do.The bog post, posted today, says that people will be "waking up to" the new software. That impies it might be properly pushed overnight. Perhaps. Though it does not say on which day said up-waking shall occur.
