I have the one that went on the top hole. Are the top and bottom the same? You can pull off the top one and see if it fits on the bottom. Mine didn't come with a bottom cap and that's where most installs will put the power wires through.

Yes, for the price of shipping. But like I mentioned, it came from the top hole and it's up to you to check if it will also fit the bottom. I no longer have the rest of the unit to check myself.
